General information and terms of business

Check-In and Check-Out
The rooms are available from 3pm
To get the rooms/suites ready and properly cleaned up for the following guests,
same as when checked-in, we kindly ask to leave them within 11am
Reservation
Reservations are guaranteed only by payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the total stay.
Cancellation policy
To cancel a reservation, arrive with delay or anticipate the departure, is always unpleased for both parts.
In such circumstances we are sorry to have to practice the following cancellation policy:
- No penalty in case of cancellation 30 days before the date of arrival
- from 29 to 14 days before arrival will be charged 10%
- from 13 to 7 days before arrival will be charged 30%
- from 6 to 2 days prior to arrival will be charged 50%
- Less than 2 days before arrival will be charged 80%
- No Show or in case of early departure the agreed amount must be paid in full
Non used services, especially meals, are not refundable.
With the payment of the deposit, the general booking conditions especially the terms of cancellation are considered as understood and legally accepted.

Pets
